2. Service Description
Arabian Trade Route is a B2B trade platform connecting businesses in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region with suppliers and manufacturers in China. ATR's services include: - Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission and management - Supplier sourcing and verification - Project tracking and timeline management - DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) cost calculation - Trade consultation and logistics coordination
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your phone number and OTP verification. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate and up-to-date information - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. RFQ Submissions
When submitting RFQs through our platform: - You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete - You understand that quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on final specifications - RFQ submissions do not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted by both parties - You are responsible for providing clear specifications, quantities, and requirements - We reserve the right to decline RFQ requests at our discretion
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Arabian Trade Route or its licensors. You may not: - Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission - Use our trademarks or branding without written authorization - Reverse engineer or decompile our software or applications - Scrape or extract data from our platform for commercial purposes Content you submit through our platform remains your property, but you grant ATR a license to use it for providing our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Arabian Trade Route provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind - ATR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months - We are not responsible for third-party supplier performance or product quality - We do not guarantee the accuracy of quotes, timelines, or delivery estimates Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including: - Breach of these Terms - Fraudulent or illegal activity - Extended period of inactivity - Request by law enforcement or government agencies Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email.
